If you have ideas for content go through this committee. They may periodically ask league owners for input so they can create the stuff they need. This committee will be the ones who help this league gain its depth and personallity. Trade Committee Leader: @DukeJukem Members: @Glen Cieske @Spayer419 @BlackPaw @Dakota7 @MICHAEL PLUTH @Studley021 The Trade Committee is responsible for overseeing trades to be sure an owners is not trying to dump their team in efforts to negatively impact the league prior to them leaving. They are also responsible for making sure draft picks align with the draft pick value chart which will be posted below. The trade committee is not to dictate how an owner manages his roster, but is their to make sure the owners intentions are in building a better team and not to cause a disruption to the league. Competition Committee Leader: @Glen Cieske Members: @Spayer419 @DukeJukem @Blackhawk375 @Dakota7 @Imperfect611 @Studley021 **Any and all rules violation should be sent to this committee** The competition committee is responsible for reviewing any and all rules complaints and making a decision on whether or not sanctions should be dealt to a owner. If the complaint is against a member on the competition committee then it will be up to the rest of the committee to make an unbiased decision against that individual. The competition committee will not have a set sanction for every action. The committee will take into account an owners whole body of work while deliberating, before handing down any sanctions or recommendations for removal. How to file a complaint to the Competition Committee If another user violates any of our gameplay rules and his/her opponent wants to file a complaint against the user they will do the following: Send a PM to everyone in the Competition Committee with; a detailed description of the violation; time markers in the twitch video; any user responses to the allegation. We highly encourage everyone to have an open mind and be willing to take criticism from there opponents. We are all adults here and should be able to handle ourselves accordingly. The committee is here to prevent people from abusing the game to get victories. Users should approach each other first before going to the committee. Shout Box ediquette Hostility towards another player will not be tolerated, one of us is always monitoring the chatbox, especially while games are being played. If we see any type of personal attacks or hostle arguments about gameplay both parties will be banned from the shoutbox until the admin team can talk with both parties and iron it out. If a person becomes a habitual offender they will be removed from the league. We are all competitive but at the end of the day this is just a video game and we are all here to enjoy ourselves. Code of Conduct Chompions League will hold its members to the same CoC that is outlined in the Sim Association site rules. HERE Settings Settings are still a WiP User Teams Every user will create an owner, the last name of the owner needs to be your username on this site. You can either use your real first name or you can make something up. League leadership will fill in teams based on league needs. Our goal is to have 32 committed and trustworthy members. Twitch Every owner must have a twitch account. Every league game, whether its against the CPU or user, must be streamed on Twitch. Failure to do so can cause forfeiture of the game. Once you have signed up for Twitch make sure to set your stream to "Automatically archive my broadcasts" Twitter Each user will be given access to a team twitter account. You will need to use the app during the FA period in the off-season. You are free to use the account to tweet about your team or to tweet out to other teams.
